The final website will be delivered according to the specifications agreed upon with the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Provide content and materials on time.
  • Review designs and provide feedback promptly.
  • Ensure that materials supplied to OLKUS do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Maintain necessary domain, hosting, email, and third-party account access where applicable.
  • Approve completed work within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Payments and Fees

Project pricing and payment schedules will be communicated to the client before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work may begin after the required advance payment is received.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
  • The client is responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or delay of project work.

All fees, payment terms, and applicable taxes will be communicated as part of the relevant project agreement or quotation.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope.

Requests that significantly change the original project requirements may be treated as additional work.

Additional charges may apply for substantial changes, new functionality, redesigns, or work outside the original agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services, platforms, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, advertising platforms, or other external services.

OLKUS is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, pricing, policies, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Third-party fees may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

9. SEO and Google Ads

SEO and digital advertising results can depend on many factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, website quality, industry conditions, advertising policies, and market demand.

OLKUS does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, or advertising results.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google are separate from OLKUS service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OLKUS retains ownership of its pre-existing designs, tools, methods, templates, code libraries, processes, and other intellectual property.

Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed final deliverables for their project, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.

Third-party fonts, images, plugins, software, themes, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

11. Client-Provided Content

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, or other materials provided to OLKUS.

The client is responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of client-provided materials.

12. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, OLKUS may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating its work.

If a project contains confidential information or the client requests that the work remain private, the client should notify OLKUS in writing.

13. Website Maintenance

Website maintenance, updates, security monitoring, hosting, backups, technical support, or ongoing management are not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.

Clients may be responsible for ongoing domain, hosting, plugin, software, and third-party service fees.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and services available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

15. Limitation of Liability
